Welcome to the Air Reservationss. By using our website and booking services, you must agree to these terms and conditions. In this agreement, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Air Reservationss, and you refers to the users. Our services may involve the use of third parties such as airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers.

These terms, along with booking confirmations, emails, and supplier terms, form your complete agreement with us. You must agree to these terms to use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. You are authorised to make a booking on behalf of yourself and any other traveller included in the reservation. All information provided to the Air Reservationss must be accurate, complete, and truthful.

Booking

Your booking is confirmed only after the full payment or an agreed deposit has been received. All traveller details have been submitted, and these Terms and Conditions have been accepted.

You are responsible for reviewing all booking confirmations, invoices, and the schedule of the journey carefully. Any inconsistency must be reported to us immediately. All passenger names and travel details must match your official government-issued identification exactly. Air Reservationss is not responsible for the actions or omissions of any travel supplier.

Payment & Fees

All payments should be completed as per the agreed payment schedule. Failure to pay on time may result in the automatic cancellation and forfeiture of any deposit. Any missed and decline payment is treated as a cancellation.

Special fares and promotional offers may carry restrictions, including limited changes and non-refundable conditions. Service fees charged by the Air Reservationss are non-refundable under all conditions. Prices are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations and fuel surcharge adjustments. If a price increase occurs before ticketing, the passenger is responsible for covering the difference.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information on our platform. However, some errors may occasionally occur. Air Reservationss has the right to change the pricing and booking before confirmation is issued.

You are responsible for verifying all booking details, including passenger names, travel dates and flight details. Incorrect information may result in the denial of boarding, cancellations or additional charges for which Air Reservationss is not liable.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change policies may vary by airline and supplier. All cancellations or changes should be communicated through written notice. Any refund or travel credit is determined slowly by the applicable supplier's policy and may take time to process. Partially used tickets are generally subject to the 100% cancellation penalty, which is generally non-refundable. If a supplier cancels or makes significant changes to your bookings, we do our best to help you, but we cannot be held liable for any resulting losses or expenses.

Travel Requirements & Insurance

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all passport, visa, health, and entry requirements for your destination. Most international destinations require a passport valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss and travel delays. Air Reservationss is not liable for any losses arising from failure to obtain adequate travel insurance.

Supplier Term

All products and services are provided by independent suppliers. Each supplier has their own term and conditions, including baggage policies, cancellation rules, and schedule changes, that apply to your booking. Air Reservationss is not responsible if any supplier fails to perform its obligations.

Force Majeure

Disruptions arising from situations beyond our control, such as natural disasters, epidemic diseases, government orders and terrorist acts, do not make us liable.

Payments & Chargebacks

By providing your payment information, you authorise us to charge you for our agreed-upon services and to comply with our policy requirements. You agree to first notify us of any disputes and not to file improper chargebacks for any legitimate transactions or issues related to suppliers.

Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided by us. We are not responsible for any trip interruption, delay, injury, illness or negligence of suppliers.

You agree to indemnify Air Reservationss for all claims arising due to misuse of our Services or breach of these Terms.

Privacy

We comply with all relevant United States privacy laws, such as the CCPA/CPRA. Your personal information is used for booking purposes and may be disclosed to suppliers. You have the right to request access, correction and deletion of the data according to your requirements.

All disputes must first be sent to us in writing. You agree to try to resolve the issue before initiating any legal proceedings.

Amendments

Air Reservationss has the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your booking will be governed by the Terms in effect at the time of confirmation. We encourage you to review these Terms & Conditions regularly.
